Sebastian Rowe Solicitors is a young, dynamic Legal Practice based in the heart of Manchester specialising in Insurance litigation, recovering Credit Hire and Personal Injury. 

The Directors have over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry both acting for Claimants and Defendants Insurers.

Adeel Abrar

Partner | Solicitor

Adeel Abrar is a partner at Sebastian Rowe Solicitors and one of the founding members.

Adeel is an experienced Solicitor with extensive knowledge of Insurance litigation, specialising in recoveries of Credit Hire both as a Claimant and Defendant Solicitor.  

Prior to qualifying as a Solicitors, Adeel graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with B.A (Hons) Management before returning to the complete his legal studies. 

Adeel's experience in Credit Hire has enabled him to be well versed in the position the Defendants adopt during litigation in this niche area and in the complexities of law.

Mohammed Abraar Khan

Mohammed Abraar Khan, known as Abraar, is a partner at Sebastian Rowe Solicitor.

Abraar qualified as a Solicitors dealing with NIHL claims at a large claimant firm and is an expert in his field. He has obtained a wealth of experience thought out his career dealing in civil litigation including a wide range of personal injury matter and property damage for clients nationwide.

Abraar is dynamic, enthusiastic with a passion for law.  He is proactive and has a hands on approach to develop people within the firm.

Most of our services are dealt on a No Win No Fee basis which means that you only pay a fee if we are succesful.

    • Consultation  - 15 mins £54.50 +VAT 
    • Visit Visa  - £600.00 + VAT
    • Spouse Visa  - £1,000.00 + VAT
    • Extension Applications - £1,000.00 + VAT
    • Citizenship/ Nationality - £1,000.00 + VAT
    • Student Visa Tier4 - £1,000.00 +VAT
    • Business Employers Visa - £1,250.00 + VAT
    • Entrepreneur Tier 1 - from £2,500.00 + VAT

    *Disbursements to be paid in addition to the fees for our services


      If you wish to make a complaint, you can do so, in writing, by telephone, by e-mail or via our website.

      Please address all correspondence for the attention of Mr Adeel Abrar. A copy of our written complaints procedure is available on request.  We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt and give you the result of the complated within 8 weeks of this date. Please note that you will not be charged for the time we spend investigating and resolving complaints. In the unlikely event that your complaint remains unresolved, you can refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman - Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton V1 9WJ.

      You must contact the Legal Ombudsman either within 6 months following the conclusion of us handling your complaint against Sebastian Rowe Solicitors, or within 12 months of the date you became aware that there was a problem or the date it was first raised.

      You also make a complaint about an individual solicitor or the firm to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) if you are concerned that there may have been a breach of the Solicitors Code of Conduct regarding the behaviour of an individual solicitor or the firm.
